Early EEG responses indicate liking for artworks presented in rapid visual streams
收藏资源简介:
Data and code for the paper "Early EEG responses indicate liking for artworks presented in rapid visual streams". Contains: - Neural representational dissimilarity matrices (RDMs) for each participant in two zip files for the slow (3Hz) and fast (20Hz) presentation experiments. Each files (ds_corr.mat) is a 999 (images) X 999 (images) X 110 (time points) matrix. The 110 time points are evenly spaces between -100ms and +1000ms relative to stimulus onset. The images are sorted as in the VAPS database (see the vaps_data.mat file) - Metadata from the VAPS dataset, including image names, categories, and ratings, all in vaps_data.mat - RSA correlations, in rsa_results.mat. This file includes the 7 predictors used in the study (only the lower-left diagnocal of the 999x999 matrices) as well as the partial correlation between the neural and predictor RDMs in two participant X time X predictor matrices (1st cell entry: 3Hz; 2nd cell entry: 20Hz). Use the plotting script (zenodo_plot_rsa.m) for displaying the results. - Scripts to calculate the RSA correlations in rsa_results.mat (zenodo_compute_rsa.m) and for plotting and statistical testing (zenodo_plot_rsa.m) - Output files from the stimulation scripts, in behavioral_files_3Hz.zip and behavioral_files_20Hz.zip. For questions on the matlab files (outputs from psychtoolbox scripts), please get in touch. - Raw data are stored in a separate zenodo repository, see: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.22932789 For further materials and any other inquiries, please contact the corresponding author, danielkaiser.net@gmail.com
