We present protein architectures describing the Spo0 pathway found in models of endospore formers.<br><br>Column 1: Architecture identifier.<br>Column 2: Domain names and Pfam identifiers in an orderly fashion going from the COOH to the NH2 terminal.<br>Column 3: Genes associated with each organism experimentally characterized.<br>Column 4: Model organism represented by their names and KEGG identifiers. <br>
