Microbiome data accompanying manuscript "A Comprehensive Assessment of Demographic, Environmental and Host Genetic Associations with Gut Microbiome Diversity in Healthy Individuals". Data is available for alpha- and beta- diversity, as well as for individual taxa both in binary and quantitative phenotypic representation. Data is available for 827 individuals that gave consent for their data to be shared outside of the Milieu intérieur consortium.

本数据集为论文《健康人群肠道菌群（Microbiome）多样性与人口统计学、环境及宿主遗传关联的综合评估》（"A Comprehensive Assessment of Demographic, Environmental and Host Genetic Associations with Gut Microbiome Diversity in Healthy Individuals"）的配套微生物组数据。数据集涵盖α多样性（alpha-diversity）与β多样性（beta-diversity）相关数据，同时包含以二元表型和定量表型两种形式呈现的单个微生物类群数据。本次共享的数据来自827名同意将其个人数据共享至Milieu intérieur联盟之外的受试者。
