Soil temperature is measured in 5, 10 and 15 cm adjacent to chamber 3 and 4 in a continous fen. The soil temperature sensors were installed in 2007 and record the temperature every fifth minute during the growing season, while methane fluxes are measured at the Automatic Chamber station. During winter when no fluxes are measured at the site the soil temperature is measured every hour. Blank cells are missing data.本数据集的土壤温度监测点位布设于一处连续型低位沼泽中，紧邻3号与4号静态箱（chamber），监测深度分别为5、10和15厘米。土壤温度传感器于2007年完成布设，生长季内每5分钟记录一次温度数据；甲烷通量观测由自动静态箱站（Automatic Chamber station）同步开展。冬季站点无甲烷通量观测作业期间，土壤温度监测频率调整为每小时1次。数据集中的空白单元格代表缺失数据。
