FILE: BT/XBT-data This file consists of Mechanical (MBT) and XBT data, mainly from the North Atlantic, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea. Temperature/Depth data are available from 38,200 stations, covering a period from 1958 to the present. FILE: Thermistor chain time series This file contains temperature data taken in the northeast Atlantic during GATE (1974) and the North Sea during FLEX (1976). There are 15 stations.
