High-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) is a challenging disease, especially for patients with immunologically 'cold' tumors devoid of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL). HGSC exhibits among the highest levels of MYCN transcriptional signature in human cancer, which is strongly linked to diminished features of anti-tumor immunity. We used microarrays to identify genes potentially dysregulated by the oncogene N-MYC in HGSC cell lines. CaOV3 TET-On MYCN-GFP and GFP control cells were cultured in the presence or absence of 1 ug/ml of Doxycycline (DOX) and collected for RNA extraction and hybridization on Clariom S microarrays.
