RNA-seq analysis for Chlamydomonas in saga1 mutant

To identify genes affected by the SAGA1 mutation, RNA-seq analysis was performed in C9 (WT), KO-60 (saga1 mutant), CC-5325(parental strain), CC-5420(saga1 mutant from CC-5325) and CC-5422(complemented strain from CC-5420). RNA was extracted from cells cultured under Very low-CO2 (VLC) for 2 h. There are two biological replicates of each condition. Sequencing consisted of forward and reverse reads.
