Public procurement is a procedure carried out by the Ministry to conclude a framework agreement or a public supply, works or service contract, and to conduct a design tender for spending state money. In the public procurement procedure, the Ministry is obliged to comply with the Act laying down the rules in the public procurement procedure, namely the Public Procurement Act.
The information for re-use of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Croatia is available to users with the Open License, and the rules laid down in the Rules on the types and content of licences determining the conditions for the re-use of information (OG 67/17), which corresponds to the Creative Commons licence CC-BY, apply.
Thus, users can freely, for commercial or non-commercial purposes including copying, distribution, making available to third parties, connect them with other data, or use them as bases for business processes, products and applications with mandatory information sources (Source: Ministry of the Republic of Croatia — Open Data)
