A clean time-split benchmark for ranking AlphaFold3 antibody-antigen (Ab-Ag) decoys on 391 held-out cluster-pair-representative cases (held out post-2025-06-30, no cluster overlap with AF3 training distribution). For each (antibody, antigen) pair, AF3 produces 100 (task1) or 1000 (task2) decoys with different seeds. The benchmark evaluates how well a ranker can pick the highest-DockQ decoy as top-1.
