Deposit cadastre lignite 1: 50 000 — Loin areas, lignite seams and lignite fields

Where certain conditions laid down by the Saxon State Office for the Environment and Geology (LfUG) are met, the Saxon lignite reserves are presented in their area-wide distribution without regard to restrictions: — Lignite areas are subdivided into: Seabeds, lignite fins and lignite fields. Both the thickness and the degree of exploration (DDR standard) of the respective area can be determined from the attributes of the seabeds and lignite seams.
