Dragonfly is free for research use: https://dragonfly.comet.tech/en/non-commercial-licensing. Meshes of any ROI (eg. all pores, pores within a specific size range, fission products, etc) can be easily exported. Analysis can also be done within the program and the training data and deep learning model used for segmentation can be accessed in the software.
