This dataset contains the distance to land and the lake identifiers as a global netcdf file for all the water pixels at 1km (1/120 deg) lat/lon resolution of 2024 lakes distributed globally. It contains also the list of lakes as a csv file with information such as the lake center as defined in [1], and the coordinate of a box to easily locate the like in the global netcd file. The mask excludes islands on lakes and it has been derived from the GloboLakes high resolution limnology dataset [2]. The dateset have been further harmonized with the lake maximum extent lake polygons by PML [3]. The lake list with the plot of the mask and the polygons is available as a html file accessible also from the lake website at the University of Reading: http://www.laketemp.net/home_CCI/LMPolygons.php This dataset accompanies the ESA CCI Lakes v2 dataset [4]. 本数据集包含全球2024个湖泊的所有水体像素的距陆距离与湖泊标识符,采用1km(1/120度)经纬度分辨率的NetCDF(网络通用数据格式)全局文件存储。此外还附带CSV(逗号分隔值)格式的湖泊列表文件,其中包含文献[1]中定义的湖泊中心坐标,以及可快速在全局NetCDF文件中定位对应湖泊的矩形区域坐标。
该数据集的水体掩膜排除了湖泊内的岛屿,其数据源自GloboLakes高分辨率湖沼学数据集[2]。
本数据集已与普利茅斯海洋实验室(PML)发布的湖泊最大范围多边形数据集完成进一步协调统一[3]。
包含湖泊列表、掩膜可视化图与多边形信息的HTML文件可通过雷丁大学湖泊官网访问:http://www.laketemp.net/home_CCI/LMPolygons.php。
本数据集为ESA CCI Lakes v2数据集的配套数据[4]。
