In this study, to clarify the regulatory mechanism of TFP5 treatment in T2D, we observed the expression profile of lncRNAs and mRNAs between normal mice, T2D model mice and TFP5-injected mice by RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) to explore whether TFP5 improves T2D by regulating the expression of lncRNAs and mRNAs.
