Melanoma dietary intervention trial

This repository contains the code and data files for analyses related to the melanoma dietary intervention trial. The analyses are divided into dietary, immune-related adverse events (irAE) and survival, microbiome components, and spatial transcriptomics.本代码仓库包含与黑色素瘤饮食干预试验相关分析所用的代码与数据文件。 本次分析分为四大模块：饮食相关分析、免疫相关不良事件（immune-related adverse events, irAE）与生存分析、微生物组组分分析以及空间转录组学分析。
