The ALS DTM height grid belongs to the product group “Digital terrain elevation model” (DGM). The digital terrain elevation model (DGM) describes the earth’s surface (natural soil, without vegetation) in the form of dots arranged in a regular grid of 1 m and georeferenced in position and height in the European reference systems. The ALS DTM elevation grid was recorded with Airborne laser scanning technologies. The ALS DTM Height Grid is a cooperation product of the Austrian federal and state spatial data providers.This is one of a total of 55 tiles, which together cover the territory of Austria.ALS DTM高程网格属于数字地形高程模型（Digital Terrain Elevation Model，DGM）产品类别。该数字地形高程模型（DGM）以1米规则网格点阵形式表征地球表面（自然裸土，不含植被），并通过欧洲参考坐标系实现位置与高程的地理配准。本ALS DTM高程网格采用机载激光扫描技术采集获取，其为奥地利联邦与各州空间数据提供商的合作产出成果。本次提供的数据集为全部55幅瓦片（tiles）中的一幅，所有瓦片共同覆盖奥地利全域。
