This dataset contains oceanographic records of bottom temperature (°C) and dissolved oxygen saturation (%) from Argopecten purpuratus (Peruvian scallop) bottom-culture, in the Constante production zone, Sechura Bay (Peru). Data cover the period from 07 November 2013 to 26 March 2019, recorded at hourly intervals. Measurements were obtained using MiniDOT datalogger (PME Inc., Vista, CA) installed 0.2 m above the seafloor on a metal frame by semi-autonomous diving. The data recorded in the table correspond to temperature (Temp_fond), dissolved oxygen saturation (DO_sat), and the time in UTC−05:00 (Hora_Lima). The fixed station was located in Constante (5°40’33.3” S, 80°54’1.6” W).
