Whole-genome Linkage Disequilibrium Maps for European and African Populations

These data are in Browser Extensible Data (BED) format, including the cumulative LDU position of every SNP marker within the generated maps. Additionally, these data are also made available as the kb/LDU ratio for each inter-SNP span providing a view of the regional 'intensity' of LD. These files are compatible with many commonly used genomic analysis tools.

本数据集采用浏览器可扩展数据（Browser Extensible Data, BED）格式，包含所生成图谱内所有单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP）标记的累积连锁不平衡单元（Linkage Disequilibrium Unit, LDU）位置。此外，数据集还提供了每一段SNP间区间的千碱基（kb）/LDU比值，可用于展现连锁不平衡（Linkage Disequilibrium, LD）的区域强度特征。此类文件可兼容多数常用的基因组学分析工具。
