This dataset was developed primarily to address the design needs of ultra-high-definition full-rate 8K image sensor chips. It was generated from tests conducted in Workshop 105 of the 44th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, using a UV-UIS-IR CCD parameter testing optical system, custom illuminometer, PM20A optical power meter, GPS-3303C DC power supply, UNI-T-UT58E multimeter, and Infiniium-DSO9064A oscilloscope. It primarily documents the test results for device color support capabilities, with a total data size of 98.3 MB.
