FUTURE TEACHERS' CORPORATE PREPARATION FOR EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY AS A PEDAGOGICAL PROBLEM

This article analyzes the problem of preparing future teachers for educational activity within a corporate framework from a pedagogical perspective. In the modern education system, not only the professional competence of a teacher but also the ability to effectively organize educational (upbringing) activities is of great importance. The study highlights the theoretical foundations, content, and significance of preparing teachers in a corporate environment and reveals the role of this process in the system of pedagogical education. In addition, the pedagogical conditions and factors for developing competencies related to the implementation of educational activities in future teachers are examined.本文从教育学视角出发，剖析了企业框架下未来教师教育活动履职能力培养的相关议题。在现代教育体系中，教师的专业素养与有效组织教育（含德育）活动的能力均具有极高的重要性。本研究阐明了企业环境中教师培养的理论基础、核心内容与现实意义，并揭示了该培养流程在师范教育体系中的作用。此外，本研究还探讨了未来教师教育活动实施相关能力素养培养的教育学条件与影响因素。
