Data on the most common laboratory tests with pathology in the SmartLab Kazakhstan laboratory information system database

The data presented in this paper are based on laboratory tests and pathology results that were found to be outside the normal range. The data was collected from several Kazakhstan medical laboratories, including the SmartLab laboratory information system. The raw data includes 7,674,353 results and raw data abnormal includes 1,898,410 results. The ranking of abnormal results was done using the TF-IDF statistical method.
The raw data tests in the Russian language and computed data in English. In this study, we performed a logistic regression analysis to predict a dependent variable. The goal of the analysis was to understand the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable and to make predictions about the dependent variable based on the independent variables.

本论文所呈现的数据集，基于超出正常参考范围的实验室检验与病理检测结果构建。该数据集采集自哈萨克斯坦多家医学实验室，其中包含SmartLab实验室信息系统的数据。原始数据集共包含7,674,353条检验结果，其中异常检验结果共计1,898,410条。本研究采用TF-IDF（词频-逆文档频率）统计方法对异常检验结果进行排序。原始检验数据采用俄语标注，经处理后的计算数据则采用英文。本研究通过逻辑回归分析对因变量进行预测建模，本次分析的核心目标在于厘清自变量与因变量间的关联关系，并基于自变量实现对因变量的预测。
