Processed Vessel Quantification Data

This dataset contains the area of vessels traced within Bijel-Templated Material (BTM) and within Particle-Templated Material (PTM) implants sorted in 200 micrometer bins from the implant boundary. Vessel area was normalized by dividing vessel area by the total tissue area of each 200 micrometer bin for each corresponding implant. Additionally, this dataset contains the total vessel area in all mice per 200 micrometer bin from the implant boundary calculated per implant type.本数据集收录了生物胶模板材料（Bijel-Templated Material, BTM）与颗粒模板材料（Particle-Templated Material, PTM）植入物内部示踪得到的血管面积数据，数据以植入体边界为起始零点，按200微米间隔进行分箱统计。针对每一枚对应植入物，血管面积已通过除以该200微米分箱内的总组织面积完成归一化处理。此外，本数据集还包含按植入体类型分别计算得到的、以植入体边界为基准的每个200微米分箱内，所有受试小鼠的总血管面积总和。
