Plantain mulch and groundcover soil hydrological experiment in St. Croix, Virgin Islands

.csv files containing data used in paper titled "Soil water regimes in tropical plantain production under organic and living mulches" cnducted in 2021-22. Includes plantain agronomic data, time-series data from soil water content sensors, bulk density and particle size information, and input data to the HYDRUS-1D model for water balance simulations.
