Custom MATLAB script used to extract mean ± SD values from image-based figures reporting muscle oxygen saturation data. The script allows calibration against a known Y-axis scale (e.g., TSI%), manual selection of mean data points and error bars, and outputs oxygen saturation values and standard deviations.
