Data used in SPROUT paper

This repository contains segmentation outputs generated using the SPROUT (https://github.com/EchanHe/SPROUT). No original raw imaging data from other studies are included. For datasets from previous publications, only the segmentation results are provided here. For datasets generated by our group, both the original imaging data and SPROUT outputs are available; however, only the SPROUT outputs are deposited here. Please refer to the associated paper and supplementary materials for acquisition details and links to raw data where applicable.本数据集仓库包含使用SPROUT（https://github.com/EchanHe/SPROUT）生成的分割输出结果。 本仓库未收录其他研究的原始成像数据。对于既往发表文献中的数据集，此处仅提供其分割结果。 对于本团队生成的数据集，原始成像数据与SPROUT分割输出结果均已对外公开，但本仓库仅存储SPROUT分割输出结果。如需获取原始成像数据的采集细节及对应原始数据的下载链接（如适用），请参阅相关论文及其补充材料。
