This database offers MLST prediction, cgMLST calling and clustering functionality, utilizing schemes sourced from PubMLST, Pasteur and Enterobase. Users may upload genome assemblies and metadata for analysis, which encompasses MLST, AMR prediction, genomic clustering and interactive metadata visualization, alongside comparison with public genomes within species-specific reference phylogenetic trees.
