Gas analysis (CH4 and CO2 concentrations and δ13C) from the EMERGE bog incubations

CH4 and CO2 concentrations and δ13C values from anaerobic incubations of bog peat collected from Stordalen Mire in July 2022. These include two sets of measurements: Concentrations only, measured by GC-FID with a methanizer (EMERGE_IncsBOG_FSU_FINAL_GC.csv) Concentrations and δ13C values, measured by IRMS (EMERGE_IncsBOG_FSU_mass spec.csv) Concentrations are in micromoles per gram of dry peat, and temperatures are in degrees C.本数据集涵盖2022年7月采自斯托达伦泥炭地（Stordalen Mire）的沼泽泥炭厌氧培养实验所产生的甲烷（CH4）、二氧化碳（CO2）浓度及碳同位素δ13C值。本次数据集包含两套测量方案：1. 仅浓度测量：通过搭载甲烷化器的气相色谱-火焰离子化检测器（GC-FID）完成测定，对应数据文件为EMERGE_IncsBOG_FSU_FINAL_GC.csv。2. 浓度与δ13C值联合测量：通过同位素比率质谱仪（IRMS）完成测定，对应数据文件为EMERGE_IncsBOG_FSU_mass spec.csv。浓度单位为微摩尔每克干泥炭，温度单位为摄氏度（℃）。
