Pigment concentration in the South Indian Ocean and the French Southern and Antarctic Lands, Marion Dufresne cruise MD206@en

Pigment concentrations were assayed on a HPLC analyser (VARI AN Microsorb- MV 100-3 C8) using canthaxanthin as internal standard. Concentrations were calculated after Kilias et al (2013).采用高效液相色谱（High Performance Liquid Chromatography，HPLC）分析仪，搭载VARI AN Microsorb-MV 100-3 C8色谱柱，以角黄素（canthaxanthin）作为内标物，对色素浓度进行测定。浓度计算参照Kilias等（2013）的研究方法。
