<b>Plasma Protein Expression Profiles in Advanced Ovarian Cancer Patients (n=9) Stratified by Treatment Response</b>This dataset contains plasma protein expression levels of nine patients with advanced ovarian cancer, analyzed using the Olink Oncology II Panel. Patients were categorized into three groups based on treatment response and duration of disease stability:<b>PD group</b> (Progressive Disease): 2 patients with a best overall response of PD.<b>SD_1 group</b> (Short-term Stable Disease): 3 patients with a stable disease duration of less than 3 months.<b>SD_2 group</b> (Long-term Stable Disease): 4 patients with a stable disease duration of 3 months or more.Key findings include:At baseline, the SD_1 group showed significant downregulation of Kallikrein-Related Peptidase 13 (KLK13) compared to the PD group.The SD_2 group exhibited significant upregulation of Human Kallikrein Gene 14 (hK14/KLK14) compared to the PD group.Compared to the SD_1 group, the SD_2 group demonstrated significant downregulation of Cornulin (CRNN) and upregulation of C-X-C Motif Chemokine 17 (CXCL17) .All plasma protein assays passed quality control. Normalized protein expression values (NPX) are included.
