Expression and solubility test of SETDB1 catalytic domain constructs

Here, we designed four constructs for SETDB1 catalytic domain for insect cell expression systems. This section includes expression test results of different fragments of SETDB1.本研究为昆虫细胞表达系统设计了四种针对SETDB1（SET domain bifurcated 1）催化结构域的重组表达构建体。本章节包含SETDB1不同片段的表达检测结果。
