Data for the article "Morphometric and elastic properties of immature reticulocytes in health and during the acute lymphoblastic and acute myeloid leukemia

This dataset contains data on such characteristics of immature reticulocytes obtained from donors and patients with ALL and AML such as Young's modulus, cell height, cell area and volume, maximum height difference of cell surface and its average roughness, as well as the number and linear dimensions of membrane formations (protrusions and invaginations). All data were obtained using atomic force microscopy. Spring constant of a probe was specified for each sample measurement.

本数据集收录了从健康供体以及急性淋巴细胞白血病（Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, ALL）、急性髓系白血病（Acute Myeloid Leukemia, AML）患者体内分离的未成熟网织红细胞的多项特征参数，具体涵盖杨氏模量（Young's modulus）、细胞高度、细胞面积与体积、细胞表面最大高度差及其平均粗糙度，同时包含膜结构（凸起与内陷）的数量与线性尺寸。所有数据均通过原子力显微镜（atomic force microscopy）采集得到，且针对每个样本的测量均已指定探针的弹簧常数。
