The data includes a total of 3 folders. The first folder is "01 climatic diversity indicators", and there are still two sub folders "climatic variables from Wang et al (2018)" and "climatic heterogeneity at different window sizes" in its directory. Among them, the "climate variables from Wang et al (2018)" folder includes three climate principal component variables, climate rarity and endemism indices obtained from Wang et al., while the "climate heterogeneity at different window sizes" folder includes the final climate heterogeneity identified in this study at different moving window sizes.The second folder is named "02 climatic velocity indicator", which includes climate rate data for two identified climate scenarios SSP126 and SSP585 in this study.The third folder is named "03 climatic refugia", which includes different climatic refugia scenarios identified by the application of Zonation in this study. All data naming is consistent with the naming in the manuscript.
