Identification of Iguania ancestral syntenic blocks and sex chromosomes in the veiled chameleon

We sequenced chromosome-specific flow-sorted libraries of the male Chamaeleo calyptratus. In addition, we sequenced total genomic DNA of C. calyptratus with low coverage to identify the most abundant satellite repeats.
