Harp Piemonte — Emissions in the atmosphere IREA since 2010

The geoservice is part of the portal on the state of the environment in Piedmont, realised by ARPA and Regione Piemonte. It presents the data of the Regional Inventory of Atmospheric Emissions (IREA) which provides to a level of municipal detail, the estimate of the quantities of pollutants introduced into the atmosphere by natural sources and/or anthropogenic activities.In particular, the geoservice presents estimates of the quantities of pollutants emitted by the various SNAP activities for each of the emission sources, individual industrial plants, roads and motorways and emission sources spread throughout the territory. The pollutants considered are nitrous oxide (N2O), ammonia (NH3), nitrogen oxides (NOx) and inhalable dusts (PM10).In general, please refer to the geographical viewer created by Regione Piemonte as part of the AERA Project, available at www.regione.piemonte.it/aeraw.Per further information on the environmental status report in Piedmont can be found in the portal, where you can consult all the indicators that have been considered since 2015.
