Transcriptomic analysis of 4T1 invasively-distinct subpopulations. Mus musculus

Solid tumors exhibit high phenotypic heterogeneity. Notably, invasive cells from solid tumors can invade either in collective packs or as single cells. Here, we have isolated subpopulations of cancer cells from the 4T1 cell line that either exclusively invade in collective packs or in single cells and have analyzed their transcriptomic differences.
