WFS service of the INSPIRE transformed development plan “In the area of the Kornwestheim and Stuttgart-Mühlhausen, Vic.W. 9, Vic.W3, FW 255 and FW 286” borders of the city of Kornwestheim based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.符合欧洲空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE）规范的开发规划转换成果的Web要素服务（Web Feature Service，WFS），基于版本5.0的XPlanung数据集构建，覆盖科恩韦斯海姆（Kornwestheim）市境内的科恩韦斯海姆区域、斯图加特-米尔豪森（Stuttgart-Mühlhausen）区域及Vic.W.9、Vic.W3、FW255、FW286的边界范围。
