Reporting Elements for Rule-Generated Counts in Clinical Epidemiology: Pilot Audit Dataset

This version reframes the package as a feasibility and source-verifiability audit: cautious interpretation of the primary 0/89 result, explicit calibration-included diagnostic reporting, source-frame construction rules, five worked audited-object examples, explicit-reporting sensitivity output, three main display tables, and synchronized JCE-facing manuscript/data files. English source-level and component-level data files for a descriptive pilot meta-research audit of reporting elements for rule-generated counts in clinical epidemiology-related source records. The package includes source metadata, primary source-verifiable records, broader exploratory records, component-level evidence, initial dual-author coding, sensitivity analyses, a data dictionary, an adapted reporting checklist, and a supplementary workbook.
