Effects of LED light sources on the structure of fungal and microalgal communities in the bioflocculation pattern of the shrimp Penaeus vannamei

In this study, we investigated the effect of LED light source on fungi and microalgae in the water column in the biofloc culture model of shrimp Penaeus vannamei, and the results showed that LED light source could increase the abundance of microalgae in the water column.
