Underway fluorescence measurements along ship track on cruise TT049@en

The underway fluorescence data were logged every minute using Sharon Smiths Turner Designs fluorometer plumbed to the ships SAIL system. The data were manually calibrated to discreet surface chlorophyll measurements in segments determined by the times of fluorometer cleanings, as well as any changes in water mass that might have affected the calibration. Quality control consisted of range checks and removal of any readings which were obviously bubble-contaminated.本数据集的走航荧光数据（underway fluorescence data）通过与船舶SAIL系统管路相连的Sharon Smith旗下特纳设计（Turner Designs）型荧光计（fluorometer），以每分钟1次的频次完成记录。数据按照由荧光计清洁时段、以及可能影响校准的水团变化所确定的分段，通过手动校准与对应分段内的离散表层叶绿素测量值进行匹配。质量控制流程包含量程检查，以及剔除所有明显受气泡污染的观测读数。
