Experiments were conducted to study the effects of four parameters such as single pulse energy, repetition frequency, scanning speed and scanning times, on the quality of air film hole processing, and the quality assessment indexes included hole diameter, hole roundness and hole taper. The aperture diameter was measured with a metallurgical microscope at 30° intervals and the average value of the six sets of data was taken as the final aperture diameter data, the roundness of the aperture was obtained by dividing the minimum value by the maximum value of the six sets of data, and the hole taper was calculated by using the inverse tangent function, but the hole taper could also be obtained by averaging the longitudinal taper of the aperture due to the fact that some of the holes were not punched through.
