Genetic patterns in the grey flathead mullet

This archive is related to the manuscript: Genetic patterns in the grey mullet: implications for fisheries and aquaculture management.It includes two folders and a Readme file tha describes the content of the folders.One folder includes the microsatellite genotypes of 184 individuals of Mugil cephalus, which were collected from 4 coastal ponds in Sardinia island, Western Mediterranean Sea.The other folder includes a R code to combine probabilities of individual tests according to the Likelihood method, together with the input files to execute the code.For more details see the Readme files included in each folder
