Molecular characterization of ovarian serous cystadenomas and fibromas [Copy number]

This study aimed to characterize the molecular changes in benign serous ovarian tumors (cystadenomas and cystadenofibromas) in comparison to pure fibromas. 8 pure fibromas, 19 benign serous tumors and 3 normal ovaries. Integration of genomic copy number analysis (Affymetrix SNP6.0 arrays and Affymetrix OncoScan), exome sequencing (NimbleGen Roche v1 and 2) and expression analysis (Affymetrix Gene 1.0 ST). SNP6 dataset: Normalized data and raw data are provided. OncoScan dataset: Normalized data is provided. Raw data is retained by Affymetrix.
