We provide the numerical results of the extreme-ultraviolet (EUV) generation of spatiotemporal optical vortices (STOV) through the high-order harmonic generation (HHG) process. We numerically explore the macroscopic generation of high-order harmonics arising from the non-linear interaction of an infrared (IR) STOV driver with a gaseous media, accounting for the propagation dynamics of the harmonic STOVs to the far-field and their refocusing properties. We analyze (i) the HHG driven by a perfectly homogeneous STOV, (ii) the effect of the driving field inhomogeneities into the harmonics and (iii) the out-of-focus generation, where the target is not placed at STOV focus. In the last case, compared against the experimental results obtained in similar situations. The methodology, analysis and interpretation of the data hereby provided is available in [1] R. Martin-Hernandez et al. “Extreme-ultraviolet spatiotemporal vortices via high harmonic generation” Nature Photonics 10.1038/s41566-025-01699-w.This dataset contains:- Simulated macroscopic HHG spectra spatially resolved driven by IR STOVs in the following situations: perfectly homogeneous driving field with the gas-jet at STOV focus, inhomogeneous STOV driving field with the targe at the focus and inhomogeneous STOV driver with the gas-jet placed before, at and after the driving field focus.- The spatiotemporal distribution of the 13th , 17th and 21st harmonic orders in the far-field.- The spatiotemporal distribution of the 13th , 17th and 21st harmonic orders after refocusing.A minimal python example to process the dataset and generate the figures in [1]
