Wildfire Progressions and Severity Case Study

Case study burn severity and fire progression maps for beaver wetlands in wildfire event outlining that not all beaver wetlands will influence fire behavior in the same way. The following case studies are of recent wildfire events documenting the impact beaver systems have in breaking wildfire spread and creating wildfire refugia.
