Replication Data for: Beaver Reservoirs have Variable Effects on Downstream Mercury in Boreal Stream Food Webs Across Harvested Watersheds

These datasets and code accompany a manuscript titled "Beaver Reservoirs have Variable Effects on Downstream Mercury in Boreal Stream Food Webs Across Harvested Watersheds". This study examined the combined effects of forest harvest and beaver reservoirs on mercury dynamics in boreal stream food webs. Sampling for this study was done in the summer and fall of 2021. These datasets include water chemistry, carbon and nitrogen stable isotopes, total and methyl mercury concentrations of water and aquatic biota, sediment deposition and leaf litter decomposition rates, as well as the Rmarkdown files that accompanied analyses.
