Associations between West Nile Virus infection and candidate genes in Romanian horses from the Danube delta: not only OAS1 - Supplementary files

Associations between polymorphic RFLP and microsatellite markers in candidate immunity related genes and WNV seropozitivity/seronegativity in a model population of semi-feral romanian horses from the Danube river delta were studied. Here we provide complete data including marker positions, PCR primers, restriction enzymes and digestion protocols, and all results obtained for single markers and combined genotypes in all statistic models calculated.

本研究针对多瑙河三角洲半野生罗马尼亚马模型种群，分析了其候选免疫相关基因内的多态性限制性片段长度多态性（RFLP）标记与微卫星标记，与西尼罗河病毒（WNV）血清阳性/血清阴性状态之间的关联。本研究完整提供相关数据，涵盖标记位点信息、聚合酶链式反应（PCR）引物、限制性内切酶及酶切实验方案，以及所有统计模型中针对单个标记与联合基因型得到的全部实验结果。
