New retirees CNRACL

The National Pension Fund for Local Government Employees (CNRACL) covers the risk of old age and invalidity of territorial and hospital officials. All local authorities contribute to the CNRACL as employers and all the holders of the territorial public service (FPT) and the public hospital service (FPH) are affiliated with it, with the exception of civil servants engaged in a reduced activity of less than 28 hours per week. The latter contribute to the CNAV for their basic scheme and to Ircantec for their supplementary scheme.

New retirees are members who calculate and pay their pension entitlements in the year in question.
