Selected data and analysis notebooks for "Tunable Electron Quantum Optics in Graphene Slit Junctions"
收藏资源简介:
This dataset provides selected numerical transmission data and Python analysis notebooks accompanying the manuscript “Tunable Electron Quantum Optics in Graphene Slit Junctions.” The monolayer graphene data contain transmission as a function of the magnetic-flux parameter for slit widths of 5, 10, 15, and 20 Å. The calculations employ an atomistic nearest-neighbor tight-binding model with hopping parameter t = −2.7 eV and the SiSL/TBtrans framework. The accompanying Jupyter notebooks perform discrete Fourier analysis, low-frequency background removal, and harmonic fitting of the transmission oscillations. The archive additionally contains selected TBtrans NetCDF outputs and bilayer graphene current-map data. The bilayer calculations use a four-band continuum Hamiltonian implemented on a numerical grid in Kwant, distinct from the carbon-atomistic monolayer model.
