Synthetic dataset of 100,000 samples for training ML models to predict optimal traffic signal offsets for green wave coordination. Each sample represents a road segment between two consecutive intersections in an urban arterial corridor. The dataset includes static road geometry, dynamic traffic conditions, upstream signal states, temporal features, and the target optimal offset. Generated using a physics-based traffic simulator with BPR speed-flow relationship, platoon dispersion modeling, 20 diverse corridor configurations (4-10 intersections, varying geometry), weather effects, temporal patterns, and stochastic noise for realistic variation.
