资源简介:
This dataset tests the hypothesis that head-fixed mice can learn visually guided tasks in a flat virtual reality (VR) environment and adapt their behavior to visual changes. Data were collected using a flat VR system combining the Neurotar Mobile HomeCage with a Phenosys surround display and reward unit.
Male C57BL/6 mice were trained to perform a visually guided conditional task. Behavioral parameters include running speed, distance traveled, running time percentage and the amount of received rewards.
The data show that mice reliably acquired the task, maintained performance after rest days, and changed their behavior in response to visual pattern alterations.
These data support the use of flat VR as a naturalistic yet controlled environment for studying learning and spatial behavior in mice.
