Analysis of gene induced upon infection by MV in cocultures of tumor cells (CD45-) and myeloid cells (CD45+). The hypothesis tested in the present study was that MV induce innate immune response in tumor cells and myeloid cells cocultured together. Monocytes or macrophages were cocultured with malignant pleural mesothelioma cells. After 24h, cells were infected with Schwarz attenuated measles virus. After 72h, CD45 positive cells were sorted from cocultures using human CD45 MicroBeads. PolyA RNA were extracted immediately from CD45 positive (myeloid cells) and negative cells (tumor cells).
